Doing a Strong Narrative!!

Talofa readers,

Hi i'm going to be sharing what we have been doing in term 2 for writing. This term we have been learning how to write a strong narrative. A strong narrative is believable, Descriptive, consistent. We can describe the setting and the characters.

Today we did Sick Sentences. We changed boring sentences to a Strong Descriptive Sentence.

Here are one of the boring sentences.
Anna sat down.
Here is one of my Strong descriptive sentences.
Anna sat down on her knees on the old dusty cold floor.

Also this week we have been writing a story about Anna here is my work.

Here is some of my writing about Anna.

The girl tried to run but she kept ending up on the same spot. The old lady was laughing and said “there was nowhere to go”. The woman's face started to bleed out blood. Her mouth went wide until it fell apart.

I hope you enjoyed reading my blog post please leave and have a beautiful day.

  2. Hello Malama, It's me Rinaz I like the way your story was descriptive and you had a good introduction. Your story is so scary which is good because that means it makes your story more intresting and people will like it more. Ok bye for now :)

To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what I had to say
3. Something helpful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.
